I always bake a cake every year for her birthday.

This year I decided to make a traditional Charlotte 🎂 with “Rose Biscuits de Reims” brought all the way from Reims.

Guess how challenging that idea was🧐? Where, outside of France, can you buy crème Fraiche and Fromage Blanc?

The only solid ground I had was having rose biscuits and champagne 🍾

After 20mins on Google I managed to find alternative ingredients in our supermarkets, so we were good to go…
